Absolutely loved this hotel, all the staff were so so lovely and friendly. Especially the lovely lady who was working on reception most of our stay. We will definitely be back, highly recommended. Location was perfect, beautiful hotel, stunning room with amaizng view, lovely breakfast and lovely staff. All over 5 stars from us, we will definitely be back. Stayed here over Oct half term. Staff and service were lovely. Breakfast was very nice with well managed social distancing. Would recommend and stay again. Very central.

Perfect location for a city centre break. Good rooms and great service make this a stand out hotel for Bath visits. Would definitely come back again.4 * as both veggie options on the restaurant menu were awful.

Pretty hotel located in very convenient location in centre of Bath. Perfect for local sites, shops, food and drink.Hotel itself was pricey for a one night stay, we felt half the price we paid would have been more appropriate for the room size & breakfast provided. Staff were friendly throughout our stay.Parking is available on site but its challenging to park in with a lot of tight spaces - I would not recommend for drivers with a nervous disposition.We felt the hotel had taken good precautions for Covid and felt safe throughout our stay.

It's a nice building, lots of character.Somewhat disappointed by a few things. Room 311 lacks water pressure in the basin as well as slow drainage (maybe they intentionally turned it down because of the drainage). There was no chain on the blind in the bathroom it had prebiously been broken making it very difficult to open and close.Very disappointed with the breakfast. The sausage was raw on the first day and on the 2nd day when I ordered eggs Benedict,after 30 minutes to come out with no other food it between, it was absolutely tiny! Enough to feed a mouse. I had to buy a sandwich after that. Also, they did not bring out any toast with jam as they did on the first day but they brought out all the plates for it - as if they had forgotten.Then you realise that the poor breakfast is 15 pp during the governments 50% discount. We should have eaten out at a local pub. Higher quality, faster service, lower prices. How they justify the cost is unbelievable. To wait 30 minutes for something so small is not acceptable.
