Very nice hotel, clean rooms, great food, friendly staff, lovely area.A great hotel with everything you'd want.The one issue was we went in October and the air conditioning was turned off because of the time of year but it was still 29 degrees, pretty sticky nights.Would go again very enjoyable.

Really nice hotel brilliant for families Im 3 days in to a 10 day holiday and we are already looking at coming back next year. The kids splash pool is brilliant and food is the best Ive had on all inclusive and our room is nice and spacious although Im sure I booked a family room with bunk beds but didnt get this the pull out bed is good enough also the drinks are really good all local brands but really nice the beer is astrella dam and lots for the children.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The place is so clean and you could not fault the food. There was so much choice and very good. The room was spacious and the entertainment was fab every night.

Food really good, something for all and lots of choice. Rooms are really modern and cleaned every day! Friendly and helpful staff had a lovely stay. No beach within walking distance however free shuttle bus good. Would recommend this hotel

It wasnt good and it wasnt bad on arrival our room wasnt ready and we had to wait at least 2 hours till we could get into our room. We booked a family room for 5 of us and it wasnt very big so made it a struggle all week. The food was average but suitable for all our needs. The waiting and bar staff were very good. If you are French you are very looked after but as were English we felt neglected and not as well treated. The lifeguard upset a lot of children including my own with regard to enjoying jumping into the pool. This put a dampener on our holiday. Luckily the manager spoke to him and made it a little happier for us. There isnt a lot to do out of the hotel and the entertainment lacks modernisation. Our rep wasnt as helpful as she could be have been and we felt very alone. Overall we made it as best as we could because the children are paramount and the weather certainly helped this. The cleanliness of the hotel was a high standard.
