  Beautiful hotel, great service, classy ambiance, comfortable rooms.. Breakfast is outstanding.. They also have a big nice gym with high quality equipments.. Highly recommended

  Lovely hotel, really really pretty and grand looking with excellent surrounds.A big downstairs pool, with ample seating around it and free towels.The gym is exceptional. I don't really know why you need to book as it's always empty.The wellness centre again is really good. Sauna, steam both excellent, along with the plunge pool. There is a pool in there but the water jets seem faulty.The breakfast is amazing, and the roof top bar excellent, with a long pool (albeit very narrow) and a small private gym.The only criticism I have is that we got one complimentary water on day one and nothing since. I would expect one a day for the price. Even a budget gym gives one a day so seems odd.

  Lovely hotel and even better it was paid for by my company. But having said that it still would of been amazing if I had paid for it! The staff were exceptional. Attentive but not overbearing this is fine line that can often go to the latter but not in this case.Dinner was good but the star of the show for me was breakfast so much choice and all delicious. I did try and make the most of it. Yum! The honeycomb slab was a new thing for me.Rooms nice comfy beds. The shower was a delight. You can have the overhead and handheld shower heads both running at the same time.The rooftop bars left so pleasing just to be there particularly a night, if anything it it better at this time. The pool here looked so inviting unfortunately I did get to use it bit if I stayed longer I definitely would of. Other than that the pool on the ground level looked good to. The gyms looked ok but you could probably find better. However I only glanced at the facilities.All in all it was a very nice hotel and I would whole heartedly recommend it!

  Rooms excellent and well appointed. Food of a high standard, however room service could be better due to language barrier - however I appreciate staff English is far better than my Spanish!

  Royal Hideaway indeed. Whats not to like. The Santa Catalina hotel, located in the capital of the island, offers all of the luxury one can ask for. Starting from its amazing gastronomy in La Bodeguita, moving on to its recently-renovated rooms and infraestructure, and getting to its incredibly people oriented staff, one of the best services ive received in a hotel. Special mention to Romina Mateos, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will be back, keep it on!
