A grand and elegant façade greets you at Flemings, one of the oldest hotels in Mayfair. Lodgings are placed at the site since 1851. The hotel consists of thirteen Georgian townhouses which date back to 1731. Recently refurbished some of the period 18th century features have been reinstated. Smart guest areas with lavish interiors combine to provide a warm and welcoming space.

The Ormer Mayfair Restaurant is helmed by Shaun Rankin and has received many accolades, gaining its first Michelin star just four months after opening. Consistently voted in the top ten London restaurants for fine dining, the menu offers seasonal produce accompanied with locally sourced and foraged herbs. Head Chef Kerth Grumbs creates dishes which are a feast of colours, textures and flavours. His intricate Faraway Tree dessert recently won him the highest praises on 2020 Great British Menu.
The restaurant also offers Ormer at Home which delivers the finest quality restaurant food to your door.
A beautifully decadent drinking space, with all the glamour of the 1930s. Plush velvet, stylish armchairs and polished rose gold evoke the idea of an exclusive club. A lively bar that still has quiet corners to nestle in to.
The Drawing Room
A beautiful space which echoes the hotel’s 18th century history. Elegant and stylish, with three metre high ceilings, sash windows and an original marble fireplace make it the perfect setting to take Afternoon Tea. The hand painted walls by de Gournay, depicting early views of India add further period detail, creating a warm atmosphere in which to sample the teas on offer.
The hotel also provides private dining in exquisitely decorated period rooms of The Clarges Suite, The Half Moon Suite and The Tyburn suite. These rooms can also facilitate business meetings.

Buckingham Palace, Green Park and Piccadilly Circus are all within a short stroll of Flemings. Perhaps you’d prefer to wander into St James’s Park with its historic wildlife, including the legendary herons. Established in 1759, Hatchards, the oldest bookshop in London, is also a popular visit. If you’re lucky you’ll get your hands on a signed first edition. If shopping is what you need then New Bond Street with its boutiques is within easy access or venture to Knightsbridge for a Harrods or Harvey Nicholls fix.
