Fabulous Hotel. I booked this very last minute on a Thursday night after a change in circumstances meant I had to stay in Liverpool. The location was perfect for the Centre, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Its rare I find a hotel with a bed more comfortable than my own but this place was a winner. I will 100% stay again when I go to Liverpool and would totally recommend to anyone.

Lovely staff, spotless, noticed multi lingual staff throught our stay all very helpful. Perfect location would 100% recommend the resident and to to it off the price was fantastic so we stayed another night... :0)

Really friendly staff. Room was spacious, very clean and modern. We ordered some drinks on room service and they were very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again

We have been fans of the hotel for several years and after having to cancel my birthday stay in March we ventured over last Sunday for 2 nights. It was great to see the same lovely staff working there ( shout out to Damion and Rosa and all the others we did not manage to see). The room was spotless and I can say after many visits this is absolutely the best place to stay in Liverpool. Nothing is a bother to them and we will return again as soon as we can. Thank you so much to everyone who is keeping this place up and running.

The Staff is probably the most professional and welcoming staff I have ever met!Sweetest Lady at the reception, her name is 'Aaron' (I hope I spelled it right..) was super kind to me and helped me with all the questions I had, She even gave me a free upgrade!! So look out for her when you book with this hotel. She definitely is the extra star to this hotel experience!
