  Absolute best.Clean room and staffs are extremely helpful.They were able to keep our bags while we were traveling to Seville which other hotel won't do.Definitely will come back in the future.

  Oustanding service at this hotel. Every single member of staff we bumped into went well out of their way to help. In fact beyond any hotel I've visited. Its compact and cosy vs spacious but immaculately finished. Thank you for making our stay much easier.

  A bit on the expensive side but very convenient. Refrigerator is filled with (expensive) goodies leaving little room for anything you might want to keep cold. Most complex shower I've ever used.EDIT - Added another star for this place. The excellent location and always helpful staff make this one of my favorite hotels during our month plus stay in Spain and Portugal.

  Excellent location, within a walking distance from all of Madrid's major sights. Although it is by a busy street, the rooms (tried two of them) were quiet. Bed is excellent, as well as the pillows. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice and helpful.
