A 16th-century former farmhouse and salt warehouse, Masseria Salinola offers the chance to enjoy the authentic Apulian experience in comfort and style. Situated on the outskirts of ‘The White City’ of Ostuni, the whitewashed Masseria Salinola is nestled amongst lemon trees and the ancient olive groves that owner Daniele’s family have been harvesting for hundreds of years. Thanks to the charismatic Daniele and his family, the Masseria has been transformed into a thriving Agriturismo. Interiors are rustic and traditional, yet stylish with their white walls furnished with family antiques and contemporary furniture. Whether relaxing in the sunshine beside the pool, or helping Daniele with the olive harvest, a stay at Masseria Salinola will be an unforgettable Apulian adventure.
Enjoy a regional specialities at Masseria Salinola’s restaurant. Dishes make use of home-grown fruit and vegetables, and are of course accompanied by the estate’s own cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Thick stone walls and floors, lime washed walls and high domed ceilings are just some of the traditional features of the rooms and apartments at Masseria Salinola. Because the rooms are all original, they vary in shape and size, each with their own charm and character. Some of the rooms are in the main building of the masseria itself whilst others are in a nearby building.
