Beautiful resort, great friendly staff. Felt safer there than at home, really clean, hand sanitiser stations in main areas, pool & surrounding areas cleaned daily, restaurant cleaned after every meal service. There was no entertainment & the gym was closed due to the current covid situation but that didn't spoil our break. The information app was really handy.The only downsides were we got woken by the bin lorry at 3.30am a couple of days & the food could be hotter. Other than that absolutely perfect. We loved our stay & would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay, the hotel is beautiful, I loved the pool with the palm trees. The staff was really friendly.We had a little house "duplex" with a living room and a kitchen, the sofas were hard but the place was nicely decorated.We could hear the neighbors during the night so beware if you have a light sleep.We enjoyed the all-inclusive, the food was tasty and changed all the time.The hotel has a perfect location to do some visits.

Nice hotel. Stayed in a deluxe suite over looking the golf course. Breakfast is standard too many eggs.Not good if you are staying self catering as the shop on the complex has strange opening hours. One minute its open next day closed. There is not another shop close by.Pool area nice. Seemed to be COVID safe but come the weekend there was far too many people around the pool.I can imagine this been a really good hotel is you are all inclusive as it is a taxi journey away from most things.Staff friendly and helpful overall a Good stay

I stayed here in the first week of September and it was fantastic. We were all inclusive and had a junior suite which overlooked the pool. The rooms were spotless and had everything you need with towels being changed daily.The all inclusive meals were fab too; we loved the continental breakfast and changing theme nights for dinner. We never used the lunch service as snacks were available throughout the day and the cocktails included in the all inclusive were lovely.Of course with everything going on, the hotel was not at its full capacity but was not empty either. I imagine in the height of summer and in normal times it would be packed with children and families.Nonetheless, this stay was perfect, the staff were lovely and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

if we could put ten stars for the Gran Oasis Resort we would do it! We had a fantastic week with the team at the gran oasis resort... An exceptional kindness from the reception to the restaurant room up to the room maintenance people . The place is beautiful and the decoration of the hotel is very luxurious and the children will also appreciate . For our next stay we will return without hesitation to the Grand Oasis Resort .. Thank you again for these moments! Bravo to the team...Serge
