  Stayed here in 2019. It was a great time, pool was amazing with activities all day. Bar beside the pool was also very convenient. Will definitely return again!

  Great location. Very disappointed with room. Very dated. Furniture chipped. Rust marks in the bath. Receptionist very helpful. Changing rooms twice. Still not happy. So we upgraded to a suite. Costing a further 260 euros . Hence the first problems we enjoyed our holiday. Food outside areas beautiful. Definitely not 5star.

  Best location in las Amricas. Almost direct access to beach and shopping area, restaurants. Room is dated, but cleanliness is five star standard. Breakfast is good, dinner quality is good but repeating. Swimming pool is heated maybe a bit over 20 degrees, but not feeling warm like in other 5-star hotel like hard rock and h10. Kids playing room is large and kids club good for English and Spanish speaking kids. Entertainment, basically only live music, not so interesting but loud and can be heard in room. Parking is easy in the hotel and free, thats really good.Forgot to mention about kids gift box in the room, kids really love it.
