Why so chic?

Only when you book with Chic
Housed within an impressive historic building dominating the picturesque square for which it is named, Piazza di Spagna is a stylishly contemporary hotel that doubles as an exciting gallery. Changing installations, bespoke pieces and limited edition artworks add a sophistication to the chic, minimalist space of the hotel’s common areas and the hotel’s six guest rooms.
Whether watching the sunset from the beautiful Spanish Steps, only minutes away, or luxuriating with a special someone in the hotel’s Turkish steam bath, Piazza di Spagna 9 is the perfect romantic retreat to experience your own slice of la dolce vita.
It’s worth noting that Piazza di Spagna 9 is adult’s-only, so leave the children at home and treat yourself.
A simple, but tasty, breakfast is served daily. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are many restaurants and eateries in the surrounding streets, and the team at Piazza di Spagna will be more than happy to recommend their favourite spots.
All 6 of the rooms and junior suites at Piazza di Spagna are unique but what they do have in common is a crisp, modern décor, designer furniture, and changing artworks on the walls. The rooms overlooking the Piazza can get a bit noisy, so it’s worth bearing this in mind if you’re a light sleeper.
Piazza di Spagna is located in the heart of Rome, just minutes away from the baroque Spanish Steps. Stroll through the magnificent gardens at nearby Villa Borghese, before taking in the Caravaggio, Titian, and Raphael paintings at the Borghese Gallery. Shoppers will be delighted to peruse the designer fashion boutiques located just a short walk away on Via Condotti, and a walk down to the Trevi Fountain is the perfect ending to a lazy Roman day. Toss a few coins into its waters for luck; unfortunately, leaping into the pool a la Anita Ekberg is frowned upon these days.
Instead, take a dip in Piazza di Spagna’s luxurious Turkish steam bath, the perfect way to unwind after a long day drinking in Rome’s culture and art; available for private sessions, the steam bath can be enjoyed on your own, or with a special someone if you so choose.
