We had a nice stay. The view is just incredible and the people working in the hotel are just very kind. There were a couple of things to improve though however, especially focusing on a service oriented customer relation.

Rooms are caldera facing with a spacious private terrace. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are very comfortable, good shower pressure, ample storage space. Linen and towels are a bit old but the views and comfort make up for it.
