Last month me and my boyfriend spend week there. We absolutely loved it. Staff is amazing. There is nothing they cant do for you. It is a pity that sauna and steam room was closed but this is not their fault.. we will definitely be back soon.. thank you hotel team for taking care of us.RegardsEdyta McRae

Track & trace is good although scan didn't work on my phone quick enough to do it properly. So written info was taken instead. More time is needed for this to work properly. Plus if you are in a group maybe just one person from the group could be the contact to then notify others in that group if needed rather than taking 20 people's details and slowing the entry down. It would also help staff & less stress for them.Great pleasant staff. Interesting tasty canaps.

Great, modern 4 star hotel in the heart of St Helier. It has Spa, gym and many restaurants which are busy with people staying in hotel and many visitors. Rooms are clean and love the bed, came with walk-in shower and bath. Had balcony too. Recommend staying here.
