Hotel Panache commands two 19th-century buildings in the 9th arrondissement in Paris. At the crossroads of rue de Faubourg Montmartre and rue Geoffroy Marie this retro-chic boutique hotel and restaurant is the perfect city bolthole.
Expect bold patterns and textures in all of the 40 spacious rooms including 4 suites and family rooms.
Restaurateur and entrepreneur David Lanher has put the restaurant at Hotel Panache firmly on the map. Chef Paul Landre heads up the team in the kitchen which is open from Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturday for dinner.
With a distinct and bustling New York feel the restaurant gives you daily changing food at fair prices with the choice of a la carte or a fixed menu and a choice of small dishes in the evening with the emphasis on natural wines. Sunday brunch is an indulgent feast and not to be missed.
Disabled guests are welcome in the restaurant and there is well thought out access from reception to the restaurant.
A generous continental breakfast (not included in the rate) is served 7am–10.30am, lunch 12.30pm–2.30pm, dinner 7.30pm–10pm.
Expect bold patterns and spacious air-conditioned rooms with complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs, iPod dock, media centre, safe and in-room breakfast service. The lightest room with floor-to-ceiling windows is 203 which also has its own balcony.
The second and third floors are accessible by lift and some of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms adapted to wheelchair users. The Family or Triple Rooms are suitable for children and under 12s can stay in the Superior Rooms on an extra bed (€30 per night).
Rates don't include the buffet breakfast of bread, muesli, pastries, fresh fruit, cold meats, boiled eggs and juices (€18 per adult, €9 per child).
