    Located at the heart of the iconic Saint Germain des Prés, the Hotel Lutetia is opening its doors on May 15th, 2018. Founded in 1910, the hotel has been the crossroad of the greatest artists of the 20th century such as Ernest Hemingway, Joséphine Baker, Pablo Picasso… and many more. After four years of renovation driven by the international architect Jean Michel Wilmotte, the new Lutetia will combine heritage and modernity with 184 rooms including 47 suites and 7 signature suites. The hotel also features a 700 sqm spa, the dining areas the Salon Saint Germain and the Orangerie, an exclusive cigar area as well as the spectacular Bar Aristide.

    Pulling back the curtains to unveil Le Saint-Germain, Executive Chef Benjamin Brial quietly removed something else as well; the traditional plat du jour.  For the new, light-filled restaurant, he chose to offer Paris something singular: A true plat du moment – a bespoke fine dining experience, different for every guest. What follows is a meal to savour. There is a menu that breaks free of starter-main-dessert, to follow appetite and instinct; A chef who is an expert hand at the classics, with the artistry to reimagine them;  A refined gourmet restaurant that delights the senses from breakfast oeufs fermiers to after-dinner gourmandises.

    Accommodation

    The Rooms decorated in an elegant and contemporary way in beige tones reveal a peaceful view on the inner courtyard of the Hotel. They feature tinted oak flooring, beautiful Murano glass wall lights and furniture created especially for the hotel. The bathroom in Statuario marble, bathed in natural light, benefits from Hermès amenities.
