    Activities

    • This is a playground for adventurers during the winter months: sledding, paragliding and snowshoeing are just some of the activities you can partake in. As well as skiing, of course: the region has links with 5 areas – Villars, Gryon, Meilleret, Isenau, and Glacier 3000. They're accessible with just one pass, allowing you to ski the pistes of three valleys. Sister resorts Leysin and Mosses are also easily reachable; in total, 225 kilometres of runs can be enjoyed. Be sure to hit the slopes by torch light too – quite an experience.

    • There are a number of thrill-seeking summer activities as well, including climbing and free-falling. And the impressive Glacier 3000 is only 30 minutes away during the warmer months – from the top, visitors will be wowed by magical 360° alpine panoramas. Guests can also enjoy tennis, 300 kilometres of hiking routes, and 150 kilometres of marked mountain bike trails. Plus there's a golf club just 10 minutes' drive away – the only 18-hole course in the Vaudois Alps, with spectacular Mont Blanc views.

    • There are a number of other things to do in the region too, ranging from visiting Gruyères Castle and enjoying the thermal baths at Les Bains de Lavey, to shopping along the Riviera. And it's just a 35-minute car journey to the city of Montreux, internationally renowned for its Jazz Festival.

    • Back at the hotel, it's time for some rest and relaxation. The 1,200-square-metre spa offers just that, with six treatment rooms, a pool, a mixed sauna and hammam, a Jacuzzi, and multi-sensory showers.
    • Children are well-catered for too: there's a kids club, a cinema room, and a games arcade.
